Hi Misha. To follow up on our conversation of this morning:

Saturday September 6 will be the final day of adult open table tennis here at the Udall Senior addition.

It is our normal practice to set up agreements with organizations such as the Tucson Table Tennis Association to bring an activity into the center for limited periods of time. With your organization we have not only accommodated an agreement of one full year, but have stretched the rules a bit by allowing non- senior activity in the building. It is now time for us to program the space with other activities so we can accommodate other special interest groups or do our own programs as interest occurs, for the intended users of the building- seniors. Additionally Tucson Parks and Recreation is doing some reevaluating of operating practices so we have postponed all facility use agreements until administrative decisions are made.
